Atlas Nutrition WOWs for the month of April will focus on the FST-7 training method developed by Hany Rambod


This is a great hypertrophic training technique used to increase muscle size and overall development by providing a surplus of nutrient-rich blood into the targeted muscle group and stretch the fascia around the muscle to promote growth 


You will perform 4 exercises targeting a specific muscle group with a sets/reps range of 4sets and 10 to 12reps. Then on the final exercise you will perform an eccentric exercise that will include 7sets of 10reps with a rest period of 30-45seconds between sets. Pump the muscle full of blood 💪🏼
