For May we are going to focus on the Circuit Training. Circuits are a great way to combat with a hectic lifestyle. They allow you to get in the gym, efficiently burn calories and improve your overall fitness while performing a series of exercises within a short amount of time. The ideal way to perform the listed exercises is to complete them all back-to-back with little to no rest period in between exercises. Then, after you have completed ALL the exercises, you take a break and rest to catch your breath for about 1-3minutes, depending on current condition/experience. After your rest period you repeat this cycle 3-5 times, completing all exercises, resting and repeat. Circuit training is a great way to exhaust and include all muscle groups, as well as include multiple styles of exercises, from body weight, resistance, plyometrics, etc.
