
Workout of the Week 10-08-18 : 5×5 Method Week 2

Throughout October for our Workout Of the Week we will be introducing you to the 5x5 Training Method. This style of training is geared to increase muscle stimulation by increasing frequency of trained muscle groups per week. This will promote strength, muscle hypertrophy and muscle density.

Focus on training three to four times per week. For each workout we implement three compound exercises, a mixture of upper and lower body. For each compound exercise complete 5sets of 5reps. Push yourself! Then, we incorporate 2 auxiliary exercises to fry those muscle fibers! These auxiliary exercises will be 3-4sets.
