November WOW: Peripheral Heart Action

For our November Workouts of the week (WOWs) we are introducing Peripheral Heart Action training. This style of training is similar to circuit training, done with a various set of exercises done back to back, with little rest time. The biggest difference between traditional circuit training is that we alternate upper body and lower body exercises to get systemic blood circulation.Β
