I am here to support you on your journey. I will give you all the tools you need to succeed. I will encourage you to push yourself to reach your goals. All I ask from my clients is open honest communication. I know no one is perfect, we all miss workouts or eat foods not on our plan. If we own that and know it doesn’t mean we failed, we can get through anything.

Kelsey's Story

Growing up I loved to always be moving, whether it be outside riding my bike and playing with my brothers or participating in dance and gymnastics.

But in my early 20’s I stopped being as active and focused on working all the time. Healthy living was not my priority, and I was not happy with how I looked or felt on the inside. I knew I needed to make a change. That is what I did, I started by joining CrossFit and lifting weights. To get better at it, I knew I needed to stop eating pizza and junk food all the time and add more vegetables to my diet. It was not easy, but by slowly making changes I was able to find joy in eating healthy foods. I do still enjoy pizza and ice cream; I just don’t eat it as often. By making these changes I was able to feel good on the inside and out. Experiencing those changes, I wanted to help others make the changes to feel good on the inside and out. I became a certified personal trainer, Nutrition coach. I always continue to grow and learn by gaining more knowledge.
