Coaching Style
I care very deeply about the people I work with - you are not just a number or a diagnosis. You are a person who truly matters, and so do your goals and your health. I value health and the longevity of it. I want to help people reach their goals in a healthy manner that will help set them up for success in the long run. I choose to see the good and potential in each person, and want to help others see that way. Health and fitness are important, but so is your soul and personal growth.
I love seeing people succeed. Watching my clients get excited about the changes they are making in their lives, and creating a healthy lifestyle brings me so much joy. I see how stress and unhealthy lifestyles can affect people daily at my nursing job. Seeing healthy changes in clients fuels my fire to keep helping others!

Lori's Story
I have always had a passion for sports and fitness. I started playing soccer when I was 5 years old, and competed in sports all throughout my life.
In college I got into weight training, and fell into a very vicious cycle with a dangerous disease called rhabdomyolysis. I had to learn how to balance my life between becoming a nurse, training, and managing my stress. Now, weight training has become a stress reliever, and one of my passions. I came to Atlas 4 years ago and started to work with one of the coaches after I felt like I was “stuck” in my fitness journey and wanted to take things to the next level. I competed in 2 bikini shows, and learned more about nutrition along the way. Working with my coach inspired me to want to be able to help others with their nutrition and to reach their goals. I want to be a part of preventative medicine, and help keep people healthy, while reaching their goals along the way.
