Coaching Style

I am here to support you and I will learn how YOU like to be coached as I believe there is not one “right” coaching style. But I will also push and challenge you when needed. During our time, we will learn more about any underlying health concerns. We will create long-term sustainable lifestyle changes together- no quick fixes. Communication is key, I will be 100% open and honest with you and giving you my very best, therefore I expect the same. Progress is not linear (and not just the scale), it can look different for everyone. Whether you have goals in mind or don’t know where to start, I will help you get there.

Mollie's Story

Do not settle- you are worth it!

Growing up, I never understood the relationship between nutrition and our bodies. It wasn’t until I started facing my own battles of anxiety, stress, poor relationship with food (overeating, restricting, etc.), broken relationships, drinking, post-show blues, and so much more. Over time, I didn’t like what I was seeing in the mirror and realized that I was trying to make those around me happy instead of myself. I started learning more about nutrition and focusing on myself and nourishing my body, I experienced a happier me! Four years later, I am a competitive bikini bodybuilder. I love coaching because I love helping people see their true potential and find their confidence.
