My fitness journey began in 2010. I battled self image and disordered eating throughout childhood and finally decided I wanted to fuel myself to become stronger and more athletic.
I began bodybuilding in 2019 and quickly saw that there were many coaches whose training and nutrition philosophies pushed clients back into disordered eating states, hormonal issues, and mental burnout. I wanted to become a coach to change that, not only in the bodybuilding realm, but for those navigating everyday life as well.
